According to Fanhouse.com, Skip Holtz has accepted the head coaching position at USF. Sure, he presented many valid points for being interested in the Bulls but when you are a god in Greenville, why would you want to leave? Vent your frustration in the comment section below. Two questions: who are we going to get as a head coach and how bad will this affect our recruits' decisions? UNC already scooped up a UT recruit after Kiffin got off of the Rocky Top.

The 200YTL crew would like to wish you all Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year. This past year, Pirate Nation has been stronger than ever. Even in the face of adversity, we have continued to stand strong and have all hands on deck. After the Pirates' victory over UAB this past weekend and a loss by SMU, the Pirates now control their own destiny on the road to the C-USA Championship. I can't think of a much better feeling then getting off of work a little early and heading out to the parking lots and tailgate fields around Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium to get ready for a Thursday night game on ESPN against the Virginia Tech Hokies. The buzz around Greenville must be incredible as everyone prepares for the big night. Check out the post for some information about parking restriction for tailgating on Thursday and an awesome recipe called "The Smokin' Hokie"...

Comments Off on TOGETHER WE STAND AND DIVIDED WE FALL!
I am sure I don't stand alone when I say I am a little frustrated with the Pirates performance over the past six games. But as great leaders always do, Terry Holland has taken a stance and made it well known that Pirate Nation must stand together and remain confident and supportive of our team. Below is a message from him sent out today regarding Pirate expectations and maintaining unity and resolve.
